Thursday is set to be a lot colder with the wind chill reaching -16c and the freezing level hovering around 300m. The wind is set to be higher than other days.
Friday sees the freezing level fall to 0m as the wind becomes Northerly.
Saturday, high wind chill factor reaching -19c, freezing level between 0m and 300m.
Sunday should see the start of clouds rolling in and increase humidity.
Monday – SNOW. We should wake up to snow at last! Not too much forecast but it should start around 4am and last until lunchtime. The afternoon is set to be cloudy and cold with the wind chill reaching -16c.
The long term forecast from Monday 24th onwards predicts the cold snap to remain with intermittent cloud. The snow should hopefully return Saturday 29th and last for a few days.
